Who We Are?
Construction Specialists Since 2009
FR Construction is an Islamabad-based construction and project management company delivering commercial, institutional, and government contracting services across Pakistan. With experience in interior design, space planning, renovation, remodeling, construction, and project supervision, we provide end-to-end solutions tailored to the requirements of property owners, businesses, developers, institutions, and public-sector organizations.
Having successfully completed 100+ projects, our team manages every stage of a project — from initial site assessment, planning, design coordination, and procurement to construction execution, quality control, supervision, and final handover.
As a hands-on contractor, FR Construction maintains a direct and accountable approach to project delivery. Our experienced team remains involved throughout the project, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, quality workmanship, and adherence to agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Our capabilities include commercial construction and fit-outs, office and retail development, property renovation and remodeling, interior works, space planning, civil works, construction supervision, and complete project execution. We work with private clients, property developers, landlords, corporate organizations, and institutions, as well as clients requiring reliable construction services for public-sector and government projects.
Whether it is the development of a commercial facility, renovation of an institutional property, construction of an office environment, or a large-scale remodeling project, FR Construction provides one experienced team, one point of coordination, and a structured approach to project delivery.
Our focus is simple: quality construction, transparent execution, professional project management, and dependable delivery from commencement to completion.
